Finding your perfect social media marketing agency can be a time consuming and difficult task. We want to make your decision making process as easy and as smooth as possible. Here are our answers to the most frequently asked questions:
What services do you offer?
We specialize in content creation, social media management, branding, photography, video reels (live-action & animated), and motion graphics.
Do you manage the accounts or just create content?
Both! We offer full social media management (posting, scheduling, and reporting), or just content creation if you'd prefer to post on your own.
What platforms do you cover?
We work with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. If you have another platform in mind, let’s chat!
Can i sign up for one month only?
Yes, we offer one-month trials, but we recommend 3-month commitments for the best results.
How long does it take to create content?
For the first month, we typically deliver the full month’s content within 10–14 working days after your brief is finalized and any necessary shoot is completed.
For clients on 3-month contracts or longer, we begin working on the content for the following month midway through the current one. This ensures a smooth transition between months and guarantees that your posting schedule stays consistent without gaps.
Do you run ads or boost posts?
Yes, we offer Social Media Paid Ads Management. We handle everything from target audience research and ad setup to creative design (image/video) and performance optimization. Our goal is to help you reach the right audience and generate real results.
What do you need from me to get started?
Once you decide to move forward, we’ll send over a quick onboarding form to understand your brand, goals, and preferences. We’ll also request any existing brand assets like your logo, photos, or previous content (if available).
If you’re signing up for content creation with a photoshoot, we’ll schedule that right away. After that, we’ll handle the strategy, planning, design, captions, and scheduling — making it as smooth and hands-off for you as possible!
Will i get to review the content before it's posted?
Absolutely. You’ll receive the full month’s content for approval before we schedule anything. This allows you to request edits, adjust the tone, or add anything important ahead of time.
Can i request Arabic or English content — or both?
Yes! We create content in both Arabic and English. Just let us know your audience and we’ll tailor the language accordingly. If you need bilingual posts, we can do that too.
Do i need to provide the photos and videos?
If you're choosing a content-only package, we can use your existing visuals. For new content, we can organize a photoshoot or animation based on your package. If you're providing the photos, just make sure they're high-quality — we’ll handle the rest!
